Prenup : I feel like every couple should get a prenup just incase one day they get a divorce . It would save arguments over stuff and it would make it easy to see who gets what. But i was thinking what happens if you get married and you end up getting new things can you still make a prenup or does everything just automatically become both of yours. They say your suppose to get a prenup before you get married but i think you should be able to get it when ever. I think if the wife buys something its hers like if she bought a bed and they got a divorce its automatically hers no questions asked. But if they get something as a gift the person who gave the gift can't take it back. Like an wedding ring it was a gift so they shouldn't be able to take it back. And with like a company that someone owns they should have a prenup to tell the people what they can have and what they cant . I think its safe to have just incase . Many countries, including Canada , France Italy and Germany , have matrimonial regimes, in addition to, or some cases, in lieu of prenuptial agreements. Postnuptial agreements are similar to prenuptial agreements, except that they are entered into after a couple is married.
